    Changes in DNS

We are upgrading all systems. This is an major upgrade.

This notice is for people using their own domain or subdomains.

Please change/add following entry in your DNS.

    For subdomains e.g. moodle.example.com

    cname: moodle host.keytoschool.com

    For domains e.g. example.com

cname: . (or @ depending on your DNS provider) host.keytoschool.com

All other users will not be affected by this and do not require DNS changes.

    Re: Changes in DNS

Create a CNAME record in mygreatservice.com DNS with name discovery and value host.keytoschool.com

Thanks. It works for me. BTW: it took me half day to find out why me site with moodle is not working. My friendly advice is to sent emails with this change to all users (if you want to keep them).

    Hi Jai

I use www.haylau-ict-training.co.uk as a domain name and Moodle all seems to work fine. I haven't made any changes. Should I still do this? What do these changes do, what will happen if we don;t make them?

People using sub-domains are only affected and need to make this change.

All sites using our subdomains do not need to change anything.

    Google Apps

    Hello,

I have my domain, edtechschool.tk pointing to your name servers host.keytoschool.com, ns1.keytoschool.com, and ns2.keytoschool.com. I would like to use google apps with it. I am unable to configure any mx records, came, or A records as the domain is pointing to your name servers.

Could you please configure my domain to use with google apps? I'm hosted at drbuck.moodlehub.com

    Thank you
