The more than a week I'm trying to create an online platform, to my center of explanations based on your platform.
But it appears the same message "Come back in 1 hour" or review if your site is active in my services.
In my service she is active, Poris want to know what's going on or even have to change services, also have a support is unfortunate, in which I send messages back and never respond, but ok now mess once and for all this operating platform, so as to open my moodle students and teachers in my educational center.

Hi Suman,

I'm trying to replace a generic tagline on the Nimble theme.
It reads "another Moodle theme."

Can I edit the code with my ftp connection or is there a way to to it with MyPHP?
